Archicom real estate sells 619 units in Q3, compared to 589 year ago

Listed developer Archicom has concluded 619 preliminary sales agreements and development agreements in the third quarter of 2025, compared to 589 agreements concluded in the third quarter of 2024, the company said in a market filing.


It was reported that 95 agreements were direct sales of the Echo Group carried out by the Archicom Group under the relevant management agreement.

In the third quarter of 2025, the number of premises handed over to customers amounted to 714 (of which 384 agreements were direct transfers of the Echo Group carried out by the Archicom Group under the relevant management agreement), compared to 341 premises handed over in the third quarter of 2024.
