Asbis hardware expects to maintain its upward sales trend in Q4 2025

Listed IT equipment distributor Asbis expects to maintain its upward sales trend in the fourth quarter of 2025 and anticipates that 2026 will be positive, company representatives told a press conference. The group plans further expansion in Africa and the US.

"Apple's new product has been very well received by the market, and I think it will drive further growth this year and in the coming periods. We are continuing to invest, albeit less, in our own brands, and we expect further growth in the Breezy and Aros segments," Marios Christou, the company's CFO, told a press conference.

"In terms of markets, we are still focusing on the CIS region, but we are also looking at other markets. We plan to expand further in North and West Africa, as well as in the US," he added.

He pointed out that artificial intelligence is driving sales growth in Western Europe and other markets, such as Asian markets.

"In terms of customers, we are still focusing on business customers. At the same time, we are developing our business activities in the retail customer segment," said Marios Christou.

"We are continuing to optimise operating costs, and we also want to increase gross sales margins. We are trying to improve our debt/equity position," he added.

Regarding the risks that may arise in 2026, the CFO pointed to the unstable geopolitical situation in many regions, the grey market and illegal trade, and disruptions in supply chains (which are associated with certain shortages in the markets).

He pointed to potential M&A as opportunities for next year.

"We would like to sign new contracts for the supply of servers and server blocks. In 2026, we would expect some stabilisation in terms of the geopolitical situation. We predict that 2026 will be a positive year for us," said Marios Christou.

"We have agreements with various suppliers with whom we want to grow in West African countries. Our current suppliers are putting pressure on us to enter new markets. In 2026, these will be Ghana and Ivory Coast," he added.
