Asseco SEE sees 2025 order portfolio at EUR 397.6 mln

The order portfolio for 2025 of the listed IT group Asseco South Eastern Europe, including its payment and e-commerce solution member Payten, amounts to EUR 397.6 million, up by 10 percent year on year, company representatives told a press conference following the release of Asseco SEE's results for the third quarter. The group's order portfolio for the last quarter of 2025 amounts to EUR 102.8 million against EUR 86.9 million in the prior year period.

"We are very positive about the fourth quarter, considering the backlog, results and organic growth. We are also quite positive about next year, not only because of the traditional growth prospects, but I think that we will also be able to support them with greater cost efficiency. We expect further positive trends," Asseco SEE's CEO Piotr Jelenski told the press conference.

"The group's backlog looks very good by the end of the year (...). Very often, Payten had a larger backlog (...), but the proportions have changed. It is clear that at ASEE, thanks to banking and solutions for the energy sector (billing and traffic control), we have seen a very large increase in the backlog in this area," he added.

The CEO pointed out that the increase in backlog at Payten is smaller, which is due to its operations in Turkey and two customers who are gradually reducing their transactions with the company. He said that although Asseco is acquiring new customers in Turkey, it is not able to compensate for this in such a short time.

According to the company, the group's financial results for the third quarter of 2025 were significantly affected by one-off, non-cash accounting events related to the operations of subsidiaries in India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The total impact of these events reduced revenues by EUR 4.1 million, operating profit by EUR 7.5 million and net profit by EUR 4.6 million. The one-off transactions weighed on the results of the Payment Solutions segment.

After eliminating one-off transactions and the impact of hyperinflation in Turkey, the Asseco SEE group generated PLN 450.4 million (EUR 106.34 mln) in revenues, PLN 78 million (EUR 18.4 mln) in operating profit, PLN 104.3 million (EUR 24.6 mln) in EBITDA, and PLN 53.7 million (EUR 12.7 mln) in net profit in the third quarter of 2025.

Asseco South Eastern Europe's financial report has shown that the group recorded a PLN 55.2 million (EUR 13 mln) attributable net profit in the third quarter, in line with the PAP Biznes consensus. However, revenues, operating profit and EBITDA turned out lower than expected which the company attributes to the impact of one-off events.
