Atal developer expects sales volume to reach approx. 2k flats in 2025

Listed housing developer Atal has been observing increased activity in its offices and improved sales in recent weeks, management representatives told a video conference following the release of company's financial report. For 2025 as a whole, Atal expects sales volume to reach approximately 2,000 flats.


"We assumed that August would start to boost sales, but this happened after August 15, because the holiday season kicked in. The last week of August and the first week of September saw significantly higher sales and traffic in our offices," Atal's CEO Zbigniew Juroszek told the video conference.

"Assuming that sales in the September-December period will be higher (...), we estimate that 2,000 will be the maximum we can achieve. This will be lower than we had assumed, i.e. 2,300-2,500 units," he added.

In the first half of 2025, the company concluded 735 development and preliminary agreements.
