Atal SAAtal developer plans to complete construction of approx. 5,700 flats in 2026
Listed housing developer Atal plans to finish building around 5,700 apartments in 2026 and aims to deliver 51 projects with over 2,100 flats starting from 2027, CFO Andrzej Biedronka-Tetla announced during a video conference.
"Regarding the potential for handovers in 2026, there are quite a few investments here (...), we plan to complete 5,701 flats - to build them during this period and to sell a large part of these flats during this period as well," Biedronka-Tetla said.
He pointed out that approximately 1,200 flats from this pool have been sold, which represents approximately 20 percent.
"As for the total potential for completions planned from 2027 onwards, we plan to complete 51 projects, for over 2,100 flats," Atal's CFO added.
The company's CEO Zbigniew Juroszek pointed out that recent interest rate cuts are impacting the market, but not as much as he had expected.
"Generally, the market expected a stronger positive reaction resulting in higher sales (...). There is a revival, mainly in credit capacity, which is improving and currently opens a new pool of clients," the CEO said.
He added that the company expects a larger group of investment clients to return to the market in 2026.
CFO Biedronka-Tetla said the company plans to hand over about 2,000 apartments in 2025.
"Approximately 2,000 seems realistic, and we will do everything to increase this number, approaching 2,100 flats. Of course, some factors beyond our control, like official procedures, buyers' readiness to take over their apartments, and holidays, play a role. (...) We'll see how it all unfolds, but 2,000 flats are definitely certain," he pointed out.
"As for 2026, about 3,200 apartments also seem realistic," he added.
Atal's CFO also noted that the company currently has 170 paid apartment reservations.
CEO Juroszek pointed out that Atal expects better sales in the fourth quarter of 2025 in quarterly terms.
