Atal real estate hands over 392 residential and commercial units in Q2 2025

Listed housing developer Atal handed over a total of 392 residential and commercial units in the second quarter of 2025, Atal said in a market filing.


In the second quarter of 2025, Atal recorded 156 handovers in Wroclaw, 102 in Lodz, 94 in Warsaw, 31 in Katowice, 8 in Poznan and one in Gdansk.

At the end of the second quarter, the developer had 98 active reservation agreements.

In the first half of 2025, the company concluded a total of 735 development and preliminary agreements.

In its revenue for the first half of 2025, the company will recognise a total of 610 residential and commercial units handed over to buyers during this period.
