Bank Pekao SABank Pekao completes Eurobond subscription for EUR 500 mln, reduction rate 70.39 pct
Listed lender Bank Pekao has completed the subscription of senior unsecured Eurobonds with a total nominal value of EUR 500 million maturing on June 4, 2031, the bank said in a market filing.
The Eurobonds will be issued by Bank Pekao under the EMTN Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The Eurobonds are to be admitted to trading on the Regulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange and listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The reduction rate of the Eurobonds allocated in one tranche was 70.39 per cent.
Eurobonds will be subscribed at a price of 99.508 percent of the nominal value.
The margin underlying the interest rate for the Eurobonds is 165 basis points.
The Eurobonds will be issued for a period of six years, with an option for the Bank to redeem them early five years after issue.
