Best debt collector to merge with Finsano and Kredyt Inkaso IT Solutions

Listed debt collector Best intends to merge with Finsano and another listed debt collector's unit, Kredyt Inkaso IT Solutions, the company announced in a market filing.


The merger will take place through the transfer of all assets of Finsano and Kredyt Inkaso IT Solutions as the acquired companies to Best as the acquiring company, without Best issuing any merger shares due to the prohibition on acquiring its own shares.

On the date of the merger, Best will assume all the rights and obligations of Finsano and Kredyt Inkaso IT Solutions.

The merger requires a resolution of the general meeting of Best, a resolution of the general meeting of Finsano and a resolution of the shareholders' meeting of Kredyt Inkaso IT Solutions.
