Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") przekazuje wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Banku ("ZWZ") w dniu 15 kwietnia 2025 r.
Akcjonariusze:
1. BNP Paribas SA - 70.359.675 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowiło 57,68% liczby głosów na ZWZ i 47,60% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;
2. BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV - 35.490.226 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowiło 29,10% liczby głosów na ZWZ i 24,01% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;
3. Europejski Bank Odbudowy i Rozwoju - 6.700.000 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowiło 5,49% liczby głosów na ZWZ i 4,53% w ogólnej liczbie głosów.

The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby
submits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number
of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank (the "OGM") held on
15 April 2025.
Shareholders:
1. BNP Paribas SA - 70,359,675 votes at the OGM, which represented
57.68% of votes at the OGM and 47.60% of the total number of votes;
2. BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV - 35,490,226 votes at the OGM, which
represented 29.10% of votes at the OGM and 24.01% of the total number of
votes;
3. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - 6,700,000 votes at
the OGM, which represented 5.49% of votes at the OGM and 4.53% of the
total number of votes.
