Information on a change for the Issuer regarding the NewConnect market
segment and the share trading system
The Management Board of BTCS Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office
in Warsaw at Plac Powstańców Warszawy 2, 00-030 Warsaw, entered into the
Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number
KRS 0000390734, with ISIN code: PLVKMTK00015 and LEI code:
259400F1ML9OGF3R9703 (the "Issuer"), in reference to the Announcement of
the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 20 November 2025
regarding the periodic qualification to the NewConnect market segments,
hereby informs that the Issuer's shares, as of 25 November 2025, will
again be classified within the NC Base segment and, consequently, their
trading in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market will
take place in the continuous trading system.
