CD Projekt SACD Projekt games EGM to decide on PLN 4 bln performance condition of '25-28 Incentive Programme
Listed games developer CD Project's extraordinary general meeting will decide on the performance condition of the company's Incentive Program B in 2025-2028 in the amount of PLN 4 billion (EUR 922.8 mln), the company said in a statement containing draft resolutions for an EGM convened for November 28.
"On April 18, 2023, the general meeting passed resolution no. 7 on the introduction of Incentive Program B for the fiscal years 2023-2027 (...)," CD Projekt wrote in the justification for the resolution.
"Thus, the company's management board presents to the general meeting a proposal to set the performance condition in Incentive Program B for entitlements to be granted in 2025 at PLN 4 billion," it added.
The performance condition is the sum of consolidated net results from continuing operations for the indicated period of four fiscal years.
It was indicated that in the opinion of the company's management board, the proposed performance condition for fiscal years 2025-2028 is ambitious, and its achievement will depend on the effective implementation of projects planned as part of the CD Projekt group's development strategy and their commercial success.
