CD Projekt's unannounced project with Fools Theory to be video game

The unannounced project developed by listed video game developer CD Projekt together with game developer Fools Theory is a video game, the company's CFO Piotr Nielubowicz told an investor chat.


"The unannounced project that we are working on together with Fools Theory is of course a video game project," Nielubowicz wrote.

The CFO also pointed out that the company will publish dividend recommendations for 2024 in the coming weeks.

He also said that a decline in the value of the USD against the PLN could result in lower costs related to the development of the Orion project, and to a slightly lesser extent The Witcher 4 - in PLN terms.

"However, we should keep in mind that this is a double-edged sword - a weaker USD means lower group revenues in PLN terms, since the dollar is responsible for the vast majority of our sales revenues. Bearing part of our costs in the same currency in which we generate revenues generates a natural 'hedging' for us," Nielubowicz wrote.
