Dekpol sells 466 units in 2024 against 472 units sold in 2023

Listed developer Dekpol Group sold 466 units in 2024 against 472 units sold in 2023. The group will recognise 342 units in the financial result for the period against 478 units a year ago, the company said in a market filing.


As of December 31, 2024, the total number of units offered for sale by the group was 914 units.

As stated, the estimated value of units sold in 2024 under the concluded reservation, development and preliminary agreements amounts to PLN 241 million (EUR 56.6 mln), while the estimated value of sales of units that will be recognised in the group's financial result in 2024 will amount to approximately PLN 223 million (EUR 52.4 mln).

The Dekpol Group wants to achieve approximately PLN 308 million (EUR 72.3 mln) in revenue in the development segment in 2025. The goal is to sell 510 units under reservation, development and preliminary agreements.

As stated, the assumed revenues in 2025 are to consist in particular of sales of aound 570 units recognised in the financial result.
