Dom Development introduces to sale total of 400 flats in Warsaw, Cracow and Wroclaw

Listed real estate developer Dom Development Dom Development has launched three new developments, which will comprise a total of nearly 400 flats. The housing estates are being built in Warsaw, Cracow and Wroclaw, the developer announced in a press release.


As reported, the sale of flats in the Osiedle Mysliborska reidential complex in Warsaw's Bialoleka district has begun. Two buildings, 3 and 4 storeys high, will contain 207 flats ranging in size from 32 to 94 square metres. The first flats will be ready for occupancy in the second quarter of 2027.

In Cracow, Dom Development has launched the Osiedle przy Wielickiej estate in the Biezanow-Prokocim district. The first stage will see the construction of 124 flats and 10 commercial premises for use as a large grocery store, restaurants, a pharmacy and medical facilities, among other things.

In Wroclaw, Dom Development is developing the new Osiedle Arkadia complex, located on Ramiszowska Street in Poswietne district. In the first stage, 51 flats with areas ranging from 29 to 79 square metres will be built.
