Zarząd Eco5tech S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje

o zawarciu w dniu 27.10.2025 r. umowy z Mazowieckim Zarządem Dróg Wojewódzkich w Warszawie.

Przedmiotem umowy jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla rozbudowy dróg wojewódzkich nr 632 oraz nr 571 od projektowanego ronda przy skrzyżowaniu ulic Płońskiej, Przemysłowej i Tęczowej w Nasielsku do ronda w m. Pniewo.

W skład dokumentacji wchodzą następujące opracowania:

1) Przygotowanie dokumentacji geotechnicznej i geologicznej oraz materiałów środowiskowych, w tym raportu o oddziaływaniu przedsięwzięcia i dokumentów do oceny środowiskowej.

2) Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej - projekt budowlany (PZT + PAB), projekt rozbiórki, projekt techniczny/wykonawczy oraz projekt stałej organizacji ruchu i sygnalizacji świetlnej.

3) Sporządzenie map i załączników do wniosków administracyjnych, w tym do decyzji o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach, ZRID (zezwolenie na realizację inwestycji drogowej) oraz zgody wodnoprawnej.

4) Przygotowanie dokumentów kosztowych i technicznych - specyfikacji technicznych oraz kosztorysu inwestorskiego.

Łączna wartość umowy stanowi 1 228 647,00 zł brutto.

Termin wykonania przedmiotu umowy wynosi 24 miesiące od dnia podpisania umowy.

W ocenie Emitenta zawarcie przedmiotowej Umowy może mieć istotny wpływ na perspektywy rozwoju Spółki oraz kształtowanie się sytuacji finansowej Spółki.

The Management Board of

Eco5tech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company", "the

Issuer") hereby informs that on October 27, 2025 it concluded an agreement

(the "Agreement") with the Mazovian Voivodeship Roads Authority in Warsaw.

The subject

of the agreement is the development of design documentation for the

extension of voivodeship roads No. 632 and No. 571 from the designed

roundabout at the intersection of Plonska, Przemyslowa and Teczowa

Streets in Nasielsk to the roundabout in Pniewo.

The

documentation includes the following studies:

1)

Preparation of geotechnical and geological

documentation and environmental materials, including a report on the

impact of the project and documents for environmental assessment.

2)

Preparation of design documentation -

construction design (PZT + PAB), demolition design, technical/detailed

design and design of permanent traffic organization and traffic lights.

3)

Preparation of maps and annexes to administrative applications,

including decisions on environmental conditions, ZRID (permit for the

implementation of road investment) and water law approval.

4)

Preparation of cost and technical documents -

technical specifications and investor's cost estimate.

The total

value of the Agreement is PLN 1,228,647.00 including VAT.

The

deadline for the completion of the subject of the Agreement is 24 months

from the date of signing the Agreement.

In the Issuer's opinion,

the conclusion of the Agreement may have a significant impact on the

Company's development prospects and the Company's financial situation.
