Podstawa prawna: ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. ("Company") hereby informs its Honourable Investors about

the following:

ENEFI Plc shall hold an Investors' Night in relation with the private capital increase at 6 p.m.

on 1st August 2019 before the decision-making general meeting. Ferenc Virág, member of the

Board of Directors in charge for the renewing strategy of ENEFI shall give a presentation at

the event about the issues related to the planned capital increase and the share of Random

Capital Zrt.

Participation requires registration due to the limited capacity of the venue so please send your

registration to info@enefi.hu including the name of the participant.

Venue of ENEFI Investors' Night 1053 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos utca 7-9.
