Erbud SAErbud builder wants to increase revenues in industry segment by 33-50 pct by 2030
Listed builder Erbud's goal in five years is to increase revenues in the cubicle segment by 10-20 percent, in the industrial service segment by 33-50 percent, as well as a 25 percent share of the execution market for planned RES investments in Poland, CEO Dariusz Grzeszczak told a conference following the publication of the group's annual financial report. In the modular segment, the target is yield of 10-15 percent.
As stated in the presentation, the group's goal is to grow revenues in the cubicle segment by 10-20 percent over five years (2025-2030), with yield growth of 2-2.5 percent.
"We have had some difficult years in the cubicle segment (...), but the situation has stabilised. 2024 for us was the result of a change, a restructuring," Erbud's CEO Dariusz Grzeszczak said.
According to the group's presentation, the group wants to focus in this area on industry, military, civil engineering at offshore wind, thermo-modernisation, public utilities.
The CEO said that Erbud strongly believes in the development of the RES segment.
"We see that the country needs cheaper energy. Atom and coal won't give it to us, but RES will," he added.
Within five years, the group's ambition is a 25 percent share of the construction market of planned RES investments in Poland with a return of yield levels from 2020-2021.
"We would like to take part in the repowering trend. Some turbines are about 20 years old and will be replaced. This is the market we would like to enter as far as RES is concerned," Grzeszczak said.
"Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia are also betting on RES. We will also exist there, so we would realise geographic diversification," he added.
In the industrial service segment, the ambition within five years is to grow revenues by 33-50 percent, with similar EBIT growth.
"It is a safe segment (...). In the last five years, this segment has added the same numbers to EBIT and revenue. We would like to grow by 33-50 percent, which is a target we can afford," the CEO said.
In the modular construction segment, as the CEO assessed, the advantage in the market would be the shortage of employees, which would translate into the selection of modular construction.
"For this year, the goal is to build the team," Grzeszczak said.
Within five years, the ambition is to utilise the total production capacity of the factory, i.e. around 100,000 square metres, and to reach a yield of 10-15 percent.
The main areas of interest in this segment are education, healthcare, military and social housing.
