Getin Holding has conditional agreement to sell Idea Bank Ukraine

Listed financial group Getin Holding has entered into a conditional agreement to sell 100 percent of Idea Bank Ukraine shares to Alkemi Limited, a company belonging to the Ukrainian financial and industrial group TAS, Getin said in a markert filing. The transaction price will be no less than USD 34 million.


The conditions for the transfer of Idea Bank Ukraine shares include the approval of the Ukrainian anti-monopoly regulator and of the National Bank of Ukraine.

Getin reported that the divestment of Idea Bank Ukraine shares was approved by the lender's supervisory board.

Idea Bank Ukraine operates in the retail business segment and focuses its activities on offering products and services to individuals. The bank's main products are products for individuals - cash loans, credit cards, deposits, current accounts and debit cards.
