GPW Benchmark: Communique - extraordinary adjustment of the mWIG40, mWIG40TR, sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices portfolios

GPW Benchmark informs that after the trading session on October 29, 2024, there will be an extraordinary adjustment of the mWIG40, mWIG40TR, sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices portfolios.

ZABKA (ISIN LU2910446546) with 465,342,000 shares will be entered on the lists of mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices participants, in place of CLNPHARMA. In the sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices, the company CLNPHARMA (ISIN PLCLNPH00015) will be entered in place of TARCZYNSKI (ISIN PLTRCZN00016) with 23,828,000 shares. The extraordinary adjustment of the indices results from the IPO of ZABKA shares, for which the value of free-float shares on the first quotation date is at least 2,5% of the capitalization of mWIG40 index portfolio, respectively, at the session on that day. Moreover, the lists of WIG and WIG-Poland indices will be supplemented with 465,342,000 shares of ZABKA company (ISIN LU2910446546). ZABKA company’s shares were introduced to trading on October 17, 2024 and fulfill criteria

of the above mentioned indices.
