JSW coal's subsidiary executes annex to material agreement with KGHM copper

PBS, a subsidiary of listed coking coal producer JSW concluded with listed copper producer KGHM an annex to the agreement of December 20, 2021 concerning the execution of roadway excavations, mining works and provision of technical infrastructure securing the progress of preparatory roadway works, the company wrote in a market filing.


The term of the agreement in question was set for December 31, 2025.

Under the Annex, the term of the agreement was extended until December 31, 2029 and the total maximum value of the remuneration payable to PBSz under the agreement was increased from PLN 384 million (EUR 89.6 mln) net to PLN 1,080 million (EUR 252 mln) net.
