JSW's supervisory board agrees to redemption of FIZ investment certificates worth approx. PLN 300 mln

Listed coking coal group JSW's supervisory board has agreed to redeem the company's rainy day fund FIZ investment certificates with a total estimated value of PLN 300 million (EUR 70.6 mln), the company said in a market filing.


After the redemption of the FIZ, the value of the investment in the portfolio of FIZ assets according to the valuation as of November 29, 2024 after the redemption date is estimated at PLN 3.1 billion (EUR 729.1 mln).

In total, in 2025, the supervisory board approved the redemption of FIZ investment certificates with a total estimated value of PLN 800 million (EUR 188.2 mln).

The proceeds from the redemption of FIZ investment certificates will be used both for the company's current operations and for the implementation of investment activities.
