Listed copper group KGHM has recalled the members of the eleventh-term management board and appointed the management board for the twelfth term; with Andrzej Szydlo remaining as CEO, KGHM announced in a market filing. Anna Sobieraj-Kozakiewicz has been appointed as new member of the board, entrusted with the position of deputy CEO for foreign assets.
KGHM's supervisory board has appointed the following to the management board for the 12th term: Andrzej Szydlo as CEO, Piotr Stryczek as deputy CEO for corporate affairs, Piotr Krzyzewski as CFO, Miroslaw Laskowski as deputy CEO for production, Zbigniew Bryja as deputy CEO for development, Anna Sobieraj-Kozakiewicz as deputy CEO for foreign assets.
