MEDICALGORITHMICS SA (17/2025) Wniosek Medicalgorithmics S.A. w ramach działania Ścieżka SMART wybrany przez PARP do dofinansowania kwotą 9 415 712,50 PLN

Zarząd Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 17 lipca 2025r. Spółka otrzymała odpowiedź od Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości ("PARP") będącej Instytucją Pośredniczącą Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki w sprawie rozstrzygnięcia protestu od negatywnej oceny wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu w ramach działania: Ścieżka SMART, w ramach naboru: FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/24. Projekt: Kardiobeat.CT - innowacyjne narzędzie diagnostyczne do automatycznej detekcji blaszek miażdżycowych ma całkowitą wartość: 19 072 879,00 PLN.

W odpowiedzi PARP informuje Spółkę, na podstawie art. 69 ust. 1 Ustawy z dnia 28 kwietnia 2022 r. o zasadach realizacji zadań finansowych ze środków europejskich w perspektywie finansowej 2021-2027 (Dz. U. 2022 poz. 1079), że po przeprowadzeniu procedury odwoławczej w związku z protestem złożonym w dniu 9 maja 2025 r. w naborze nr FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/24, od negatywnej oceny wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu, protest Spółki został uwzględniony. PARP informuje, że w związku z uwzględnieniem protestu, Instytucja Pośrednicząca Programu Operacyjnego Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki dokona aktualizacji listy projektów wybranych do dofinansowania.

Otrzymane pismo stanowi formalne potwierdzenie przyznania dofinansowania na realizację projektu. Zgodnie z ogólnie przyjętymi procedurami, wypłata środków z dofinansowania będzie możliwa po zawarciu umowy o dofinansowanie pomiędzy Spółką a PARP. Spółka oczekuje na wezwanie z PARP do przedłożenia dokumentów przed podpisaniem umowy o dofinansowanie będącej formalnym elementem przyznania i wypłaty dofinansowania.

Dofinansowanie dla całego projektu wynosi: 9 415 712,50 PLN.

Okres realizacji projektu: 01.06.2025 r. - 31.12.2028 r.

The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., with

its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby

informs that on July 17, 2025, the Company received a response from the

Polish Agency for Enterprise Development ("PARP"), acting

as the Intermediate Body for the European Funds for a Modern Economy

Programme, regarding the resolution of the protest against the negative

evaluation of the application for project co-financing under the

measure: SMART Path, within the call: FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/24. The

project titled: Kardiobeat.CT - an innovative diagnostic tool for

automatic detection of atherosclerotic plaques, has a total value of PLN

19,072,879.00.

In its response, PARP informs the Company, pursuant

to Article 69(1) of the Act of April 28, 2022 on the rules for the

implementation of financial tasks from European funds for the 2021-2027

financial perspective (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1079), that following

the appeal procedure related to the protest submitted on May 9, 2025,

under call no. FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/24, against the negative evaluation

of the project funding application, the Company's protest has been

upheld. PARP further informs that, as a result of the protest being

upheld, the Intermediate Body of the European Funds for a Modern Economy

Programme will update the list of projects selected for co-financing.

The letter received constitutes formal

confirmation of the award of funding for the implementation of the

project. In accordance with standard

procedures, the disbursement of funds will be possible after the

conclusion of a co-financing agreement between the Company and PARP. The

Company is awaiting a request from PARP to submit the necessary

documents prior to signing the co-financing agreement, which is a formal

prerequisite for the award and disbursement of the funds.

The total amount of funding awarded for the project

is PLN 9,415,712.50.

Project implementation period: June 1, 2025 -

December 31, 2028.
