MEDICALGORITHMICS SA (30/2025) Szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży za III kwartał 2025 r. wyniosły 7,2 mln PLN - wzrost o 38% rok do roku

Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, że w trzecim kwartale 2025 r. szacunkowe, nieaudytowane skonsolidowane przychody ze sprzedaży Grupy Kapitałowej Medicalgorithmics wyniosły łącznie 7.173 tys. zł, w tym 2.181 tys. zł na rynku USA. Liczba sesji, tj. analiz EKG z użyciem systemów Spółki, w przedmiotowym okresie osiągnęła poziom 96.617.

Dla porównania, w trzecim kwartale poprzedniego roku kalendarzowego wartości te wynosiły odpowiednio: 5.212 tys. zł przychodów ze sprzedaży, w tym 1.238 tys. zł na rynku USA; liczba sesji w tym okresie wyniosła 72.400.

Zarząd Spółki pragnie podkreślić, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane szacunkowe, które mogą ulec zmianie w wyniku dalszych prac księgowych oraz rozliczeń sprzedaży z partnerami za trzeci kwartał 2025 roku. Ostateczne informacje dotyczące skonsolidowanych przychodów ze sprzedaży osiągniętych w trzecim kwartale 2025 r., w tym na rynku USA, a także liczby sesji zrealizowanych przez Spółkę w tym okresie, zostaną zaprezentowane w odpowiednim raporcie okresowym.

Zarząd Spółki informuje również, że podjął decyzję o przekazywaniu analogicznych danych szacunkowych bezpośrednio po zakończeniu każdego kolejnego kwartału - niezwłocznie po ich sporządzeniu, jednak nie później niż do połowy miesiąca następującego po zakończeniu danego kwartału roku kalendarzowego.

S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company",

the "Issuer"), hereby announces that in the third quarter of 2025, the

estimated, unaudited consolidated

sales revenue of the Medicalgorithmics

Group amounted to a total of PLN 7,173 thousand, including PLN 2,181

thousand generated in the U.S. market.

The

number of sessions, i.e.

ECG analyses performed using the Company's systems during the period,

reached 96,617.

For

comparison, in the third quarter of the previous calendar year, these

figures were as follows: sales revenue of PLN 5,212 thousand,

including PLN 1,238 thousand in the U.S. market; the number of

sessions in that period amounted to 72,400.

The

Management Board of the Company emphasizes that this report contains

estimated data, which may be subject to change following further

accounting work

and

the settlement of sales with partners for the third quarter of 2025.

Final

data on the consolidated

sales

revenue achieved in the third quarter of 2025, including in the U.S.

market, as well as the number of sessions carried out by the Company

in the period, will be presented in the relevant periodic report.

The

Management Board also informs that it has decided to publish similar

estimated data immediately

after the end of each subsequent

quarter - as soon as such data is prepared, but no later than by the

middle of the month following the end of the given calendar quarter.
