Mirbud builder posts PLN 50 mln cons. net profit after Q3 2025 - prelims

Listed builder Mirbud estimates its consolidated net profit after three quarters of 2025 at PLN 50 million (EUR 11.8 mln), revenues at nearly PLN 1.95 billion (EUR 459 mln) and a gross profit on sales at PLN 143 million (EUR 33.7 mln), the group announced in a market filing with preliminary results.


Mirbud's standalone financial data for the three quarters indicate that the net profit amounted to PLN 94 million (EUR 22.1 mln), sales revenue reached nearly PLN 1.3 billion (EUR 306 mln) and the gross profit on sales stood at PLN 105 million (EUR 24.7 mln).

The group reserves that the above financial data are approximate values and they may differ from the data that will be presented in the consolidated financial report for the period from 1 January to 30 September 2025, which is to be released on Thursday, November 27.
