Mirbud builder's order backlog at PLN 8.645 bln net at end-October

At the end of October, listed builder Mirbud's order backlog's value in the construction-assembly segment amounted to around PLN 8.645 billion (EUR 2 bln) net, the company said in a market filing.


The value of the order backlog in the infrastructure construction segment at the end of October was approximately PLN 7.059 billion (EUR 1.7 bln) net and in the volume construction segment it stood at PLN 1.543 billion (EUR 363.2 mln).

In January-October 2025, in the real estate development segment, Mirbud handed over 143 flats and concluded 267 preliminary and developer agreements.
