mBank SAMoody's upgrades mBank lender's rating to A3, outlook changes to stable
Moody's Ratings has today upgraded listed lender mBank's long-term deposit ratings to A3 from Baa1 and changed the outlook to stable from positive, the agency wrote in a statement.
Moody's has also upgraded mBank's Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) to baa3 from ba1, its Adjusted BCA to baa2 from baa3, its long- and short-term Counterparty Risk Ratings (CRR) to A2/P-1 from A3/P-2 and long- and short-term Counterparty Risk (CR) Assessments to A2(cr)/P-1(cr) from A3(cr)/P-2(cr).
The bank's short-term deposit ratings were affirmed at P-2.
"Concurrently, we also upgraded mBank Hipoteczny S.A.'s (mBank BH), mBank's fully owned mortgage bank subsidiary, long-term issuer ratings to Baa1 from Baa2 and changed the outlook to stable from positive," Moody's added.
