Poland's largest builders record approx. PLN 150 bln revenue in 2024

The revenue of the 300 largest construction groups in Poland amounted to approximately PLN 150 billion (EUR 35.8 bln) in 2024, according to a report by research company Spectis.


It was pointed out that despite difficulties resulting from the downturn, 2024 brought a stabilisation of financial results, and positive inflation in the construction industry allowed the largest players to maintain similar levels of revenue as in 2023.

According to the report, the total revenues of the 300 leading construction groups in 2023 amounted to PLN 152 billion (EUR 36.3 bln), which accounted for more than 60 percent of the revenues of the entire sector of medium and large construction companies.
