Ronson Development sells 126 flats in Q4 2024

Listed real estate developer Ronson Development sold 126 residential units in the fourth quarter of 2024 and handed over 209 units in the period, the company said in preliminary figures. In 2024, total of 514 flats were sold and 663 were handed over.


Ronson said that in the fourth quarter of 2024, 50 apartments were sold in the Ursus Central project, 37 units in the Miasto Moje project and 16 units in the Miedzy Drzewami project.

The number of residential units sold in the whole of 2024 is 514, of which 177 flats were sold in the Ursus Central project, 151 units in the Miasto Moje project, and 48 units in the Miedzy Drzewami residential complex.

The total number of flats handed over to customers in 2024 is 663, including 176 residential units handed over in the Ursus Centralny project, 141 in the Miasto Moje project and 102 units in the Miedzy Drzewami project.
