SELVITA SA (14/2025) Otrzymanie istotnego zlecenia przez spółkę zależną Selvita S.A.

Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent", "Spółka"), niniejszym informuje w związku z raportem bieżącym nr 12/2024 z dnia 24 czerwca 2024 roku, że w dniu 23 czerwca 2025 roku Zarząd Emitenta powziął wiadomość o otrzymaniu przez podmiot zależny Emitenta - Selvita Inc. zlecenia ("Zlecenie"), kontunującego współpracę z jedną z największych firm biofarmaceutycznych z siedzibą w Stanach Zjednoczonych ("Klient").

Przedmiotem Zlecenia jest kontynuacja wsparcia programów badawczych Klienta w zakresie chemii syntetycznej i medycznej w obszarze odkrywania nowych leków. Zlecenie będzie realizowane w laboratoriach w Zagrzebiu. Współpraca z Klientem obejmuje również usługi z zakresu farmakologii in vitro oraz wsparcia z obszaru chemii obliczeniowej, które są realizowane w sposób zintegrowany z raportowanymi pracami. Projekt objęty niniejszym raportem jest kontynuacją współpracy rozpoczętej z Klientem w listopadzie 2023 roku.

Łączna wartość Zlecenia wynosi 1.073.100 USD (3.943.964 PLN przeliczone po średnim kursie Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 24 czerwca 2025 roku, 1 USD = 3,6753 PLN). Całkowita szacunkowa wartość usług wykonanych na rzecz Klienta w całym 2025 roku - z uwzględnieniem Zlecenia, wyniesie 2.833.396 USD (10.413.579 PLN przeliczone po średnim kursie Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 24 czerwca 2025 roku, 1 USD = 3,6753 PLN).

Biorąc pod uwagę wartość Zlecenia oraz kontynuację istotnej współpracy z Klientem, Zarząd Emitenta uważa otrzymane Zlecenie za istotne.

Receipt of a significant order by a company affiliated with Selvita S.A.

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in

Kraków (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), hereby informs, in connection

with Current Report No. 12/2024 dated June 24, 2024, that on June 23,

2025, the Issuer's Management Board was informed of the receipt of an

order (the "Order") by the Issuer's subsidiary - Selvita Inc. -

continuing the collaboration with one of the largest biopharmaceutical

companies headquartered in the United States (the "Client").

The subject of the Order is the continuation of support for the Client's

research programs in the area of synthetic and medicinal chemistry as

part of a drug discovery project. The Order will be executed at the

laboratories located in Zagreb. The collaboration with the Client also

includes services in the field of in vitro pharmacology and

computational chemistry support, which are delivered in an integrated

manner with the reported work. The project covered by this report is a

continuation of the cooperation initiated with the Client in November

2023.

The total value of the Order amounts to USD 1,073,100 (PLN 3,943,964,

converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as

of June 24, 2025: USD 1 = PLN 3.6753). The total estimated value of

services provided to the Client in the entire year 2025 - including the

Order, will amount to USD 2,833,396 (PLN 10,413,579, converted at the

average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of June 24,

2025: USD 1 = PLN 3.6753).

Given the value of the Order and the continuation of a significant

collaboration with the Client, the Issuer's Management Board considers

the received Order to be material.
