Shopper Park Plus plans to buy retail parks in Poland for EUR 195 mln
Hungarian Shopper Park Plus (SPP) intends to purchase eight retail parks in Poland, whose main tenant is a grocery chain, with a total area of 210,000 square metres, SPP announced in a press release. The purchase price is set at EUR 195 million.
As mentioned in the press release, the portfolio comprises eight retail parks with a main food tenant, located throughout Poland, with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of approximately 210,000 square metres.
SPP added that the acquisition is in line with its strategy of becoming a leading owner and operator of retail parks with grocery chains in the Central and Eastern European region.
Shopper Park Plus is a Hungary-based company, which engages in property management and asset management taking under consideration commercial real estates and retail park portfolio.
