Tauron power may consider bond issue in 2025 if conditions are favourable

Listed power utility Tauron may consider a bond issue in 2025 if conditions will be favourable, the group's deputy CEO and CFO Krzysztof Surma told a press conference.


"We have an established programme for PLN 3 billion. We tested the market last year, we checked what the financial conditions were, but they were less favourable than from other sources. We are watching the market," CFO Surma said.

"We are not ruling out the possibility of issuing on the market this year, but it will depend on whether the conditions are favourable," he added.

As Surma reported, the group has secured PLN 6 billion (EUR 1.4 bln) of available financing for the current year.
