TEN SQUARE GAMES SA (16/2025) Informacja o kwartalnych przychodach (płatnościach) ze sprzedaży - 3Q 2025

Mając na uwadze zapewnienie przejrzystej i efektywnej polityki informacyjnej, Zarząd Ten Square Games S.A. informuje, że szacunkowe skonsolidowane płatności użytkowników w grach (bez uwzględnienia przychodów odroczonych w czasie) Grupy Kapitałowej Ten Square Games w trzecim kwartale 2025 roku wyniosły 85,1 mln PLN.

W szacunkowej kwocie płatności 47,1 mln PLN odnosi się do płatności wygenerowanych przez grę Fishing Clash, co stanowi ok. 55,4% skonsolidowanych przychodów. Kolejne 14,6 mln PLN (17,1%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Hunting Clash. Kwota 8,4 mln PLN (9,9%) odnosi się do płatności Wings of Heroes, natomiast kwota 3,3 mln PLN (3,8%) odnosi się do płatności Trophy Hunter.

Płatności w poszczególnych miesiącach wyniosły odpowiednio:

lipiec 2025: 26,5 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash - 14,6 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 4,8 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 2,5 mln PLN, a Trophy Hunter - 0,4 mln PLN.

sierpień 2025: 29,8 mln PLN w tym Fishing Clash - 16,9 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 5,0 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 2,9 mln PLN, a Trophy Hunter - 1,0 mln PLN.

wrzesień 2025: 28,9 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash - 15,7 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 4,7 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 3,0 mln PLN, a Trophy Hunter - 1,8 mln PLN.

Zarząd informuje również, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o przychodach ze sprzedaży, w tym w szczególności z uwzględnieniem przychodu odroczonego w czasie, będzie opublikowana w skonsolidowanym raporcie okresowym. Najbliższym raportem okresowym przekazywanym przez Spółkę jest skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za okres zakończony 30 września 2025 roku, który zostanie opublikowany 12 listopada 2025 roku.

To

ensure a transparent and effective information policy, the Management

Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated

bookings in games (excluding deferred revenues) of the Ten Square

Games Capital Group in the third quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 85.1

million.

Of

the total estimated amount, PLN 47.1 million relates to bookings

generated by the game Fishing Clash, which constitutes approximately

55.4% of consolidated revenues. Another PLN 14.6 million (17.1%)

relates to bookings in the game Hunting Clash. The amount of PLN 8.4

million (9.9%) relates to bookings in the game Wings of Heroes, while

the amount of PLN 3.3 million (3.8%) relates to Trophy Hunter payments.

Bookings

in individual months were as follows:

July

2025: PLN 26.5 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 14.6 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 4.8 million, Wings of Heroes - PLN 2.5 million,

and Trophy Hunter - PLN 0.4 million.

August

2025: PLN 29.8 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 16.9 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 5.0 million, Wings of Heroes - PLN 2.9 million,

and Trophy Hunter - PLN 1.0 million.

September

2025: PLN 28.9 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 15.7 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 4.7 million, Wings of Heroes - PLN 3.0 million,

and Trophy Hunter - PLN 1.8 million.

The

Management Board also informs that this report contains preliminary

data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on

sales revenues, including deferred revenues, will be published in the

consolidated periodic report. The next periodic report to be issued by

the Company is the consolidated quarterly report for the period ending

September 30, 2025, which will be published on November 12, 2025.
