The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Company") informs that today it learned about the taking up by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE") Resolution No. 282/2019 of April 1, 2019 regarding the admission and introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main List: (i) 171,750 ordinary bearer series R shares, (ii) 225,750 ordinary bearer series shares U, (iii) 98,315 ordinary bearer shares of the series W, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each ("Shares") under which resolutions:

1) The Shares are admitted to trading on the Main Market;

2) introduction of the of Shares, in the ordinary course to public trading on the main market takes place on April 4, 2019, provided that the National Depository for Securities S.A., on April 4, 2019, register the Shares on deposit and mark them with the ISIN code PLWRKSR00019.
