Bank Gospodarstwa KrajowegoBGK sells PLN 226.5 mln in four series of rescue bonds at top-up auction
Poland's state development bank BGK sold total of PLN 226.5 million (EUR 53.5 mln) in four series of FPC fund bonds (FPC0229, FPC0231, FPC0332 and FPC0235) at the top-up auction on Friday, the bank said in a statement. The bonds were issued for the benefit of the COVID-19 Response Fund.
Earlier today, BGK sold nearly PLN 1.26 billion (EUR 297.5 mln) in four series of rescue-funding FPC fund bonds (FPC0229, FPC0231, FPC0332 and FPC0235) at the regular auction, against a demand of nearly PLN 2.24 billion (EUR 528.9 mln).
All bond issues are being conducted for the benefit of the COVID-19 Response Fund operated by BGK bank. The Fund is for the public finance sector. Its full service is provided by BGK, in particular managing its liquidity and raising financing, mainly in the form of bond issues.
