Poland's average salary at PLN 8,363.69 in October 2024 - stats office
In October 2024, the average salary in Poland amounted to PLN 8,363.69 (EUR 1,999.76), Poland's stats office GUS reported.
Among men, the average salary amounted to PLN 8,660.04 (EUR 2,070.62), accounting for 103.5 percent of the total average salary. The average salary for women was lower at PLN 8,057.24 (EUR 1,926.49) which corresponded to 96.3 percent of the total average salary.
Analysing the age of employees, the highest average salary was observed in the 45-54 age group (PLN 8,831.55 or EUR 2,111.62).
The highest average salary of PLN 13,641.63 (EUR 3,261.71) occurred in the Information and Communication section.
