Poland's exports up 2.5 pct y/y to over EUR 28 bln in March - economic chamber
Poland's exports in March rose by 2.5 percent year on year and by 8.4 percent month on month to EUR 28.008 billion, according to an analysis carried out by experts at the Polish economic chamber KIG.
"The data currently available on the state of the real economy and the opinions gleaned from members of the KIG allow us to estimate that exports in March 2025 amounted to EUR 29,517 million," KIG wrote.
"It thus turned out to be 8.4 percent higher than in February, while in relation to the volumes recorded twelve months ago, it increased by 2.5 percent," it added.
The Polish economic chamber pointed out that, in turn, the volume of exports in April will be lower than that recorded in March for seasonal reasons.
KIG estimates that exports in 2025, amounting to EUR 345.2 billion, could be 3.8 percent higher than the year before, and in 2026, reaching EUR 376.5 billion, they could increase by another 9.5 percent.
