Asseco SEE SAAsseco SEE IT sees EUR 322.4 mln order backlog for 2025
The order backlog for 2025 of listed IT group Asseco South Eastern Europe, including its subsidiary Payten, amounts to EUR 322.4 million, up 10 percent year on year, company representatives told a press conference. The group's order backlog for the second quarter is EUR 92.6 million, up from EUR 82.6 million in the prior year period.
"Regarding the outlook for 2025, we stand by what we said at the beginning of the year - the outlook is quite positive. We see a slight acceleration, but there are, however, also some risks in the business," the group's CEO Piotr Jelenski told a press conference.
On Friday, the group released its financial report for the first quarter of 2025.
In the reported period, Asseco SEE recorded EBITDA of PLN 74.8 million (EUR 17.5 mln), up from PLN 71 million (EUR 16.64 mln) a year earlier. Sales revenue amounted to PLN 400.3 million (EUR 93.8 mln), up 9 percent year on year.
The report said that the improvement in ASEE Group's financial performance in the first quarter of 2025 is mainly due to the increase in the scale of operations in the Payment Solutions segment.
The growing scale of operations is also partly the result of the consolidation of several new companies in the ASEE Group, which have joined in 2024.
It was pointed out that the newly acquired ASEE Group companies generated revenues of EUR 3.1 million in the first quarter of 2025. The impact of the new companies on EBIT was EUR 0.9 million and EUR 1.3 million on the EBITDA.
