Cyber_Folks SAUPDATE: cyber_Folks IT posts PLN 12.1 mln net profit in Q2 2025
Listed IT company cyber_Folks posted 12.1 million (EUR 2.8 mln) attributable net profit in the second quarter of 2025, the company's financial report has shown. Analysts surveyed by PAP Biznes expected cyber_Folks to generate PLN 12.8 mln (EUR 3 mln) attributable net profit.
cyber_Folks reported operating profit of PLN 50.8 million (EUR 10.7 mln) in the second quarter of 2025, while the PAP Biznes consensus assumed EBIT of PLN 49.4 million (EUR 10.4 mln). It was stated that the growth driver was the cyber_Folks segment, which achieved nearly 50 percent profitability thanks to the introduction of new products.
It was reported that in the second quarter of 2025 revenues increased by 37 percent year on year, while adjusted EBITDA grew by 70 percent. The EBITDA margin reached 34% percent — 6.5 percentage points higher than a year earlier.
It was indicated that the growth engine was the cyber_Folks segment, which achieved nearly 50 percent profitability thanks to the introduction of new products (_Now, CDN), initial synergies with Shoper, and the implementation of AI-based technologies.
"We are building a platform that is becoming the heart of the digital economy in Central and Eastern Europe. We combine hosting, security, e-commerce, and AI into one whole so that our clients — from the smallest companies to large organizations — can grow together with us. The results of the second quarter confirm the effectiveness of this strategy," said Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of cyber_Folks, quoted in the press release.
In the entire first half of 2025, the Group exceeded revenues of PLN 400 million (EUR 84 mln). The second quarter alone brought about PLN 212 million (EUR 44.5 million) in revenues and PLN 72 million (EUR 15.1 mln) adjusted EBITDA.
It was stated that the cyber_Folks group is intensifying investments in research and development. Over five years, it will allocate PLN 200 million (EUR 42 million) for the development of products based on artificial intelligence, big data, and mobile applications. E-commerce remains a key area — with emphasis on tools for larger merchants and cross-border integrations with global marketplaces (Allegro, Amazon, eBay).
It was pointed out that despite large acquisitions — including Shoper and Hosterion — the group maintains a comfortable level of debt and a stable financial structure.
