Lokum developer sells 45 units in Q2 2024 versus 206 in prior year period

Listed real estate developer Lokum sold 45 residential units in the second quarter of 2024 against 206 units in the prior year period, the company said in a market filing. The group recognised 50 units as a result of the second quarter, down from 125 units a year earlier.


As stated, at the end of the second quarter of the 2024, the group had 5 reservation agreements in place, these are agreements concluded as part of the Wroclaw and Krakow developments, which are waiting to be transformed into preliminary or development agreements.

At the end of the second quarter of the 2024, the group's offer in the Wroclaw and Krakow markets included a total of 421 units, while 584 units were under development.

'Sales' refers to the number of concluded and unresolved development and preliminary agreements in the Wroclaw and Krakow investments.

'Premises' recognised as a result means the number of notarised agreements transferring ownership of premises or the number of premises released, having received all or a significant part of the sales price, in the Wroclaw and Krakow developments.
