Change of the publication date of the periodic report for the first half

of 2024

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in

Krakow ("Company"), in reference to current report no. 1/2024 dated

January 16, 2024 on the dates of submitting periodic reports in 2024,

hereby informs about the change of the date of publication of the

consolidated report for the first half of 2024.

The original publication date of the aforementioned report was set for

September 25, 2024. The Company informs that the periodic report for the

first half of 2024 will be published on September 24, 2024.

The remaining dates and information indicated in current report no.

1/2024, as of the date of publication of this report, remain unchanged.
