2024-09-19 Report no. 29/2024: Registration of amendments to the Charter

of ING Bank Śląski S.A.

The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby give notice

that on 19 September 2024 the Bank received the decision of the District

Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the

National Court Register of 18 September 2024 concerning registration of

amendments to the Bank Charter. Addition of a new letter e) reading

"offering financial instruments;" to §8.3.2) of the Charter ("performing

activities which represent brokerage activity by way of..." has been

registered.

The registered amendment was passed by way of Resolution No. 26 of the

Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank of 11 April 2024. The notice of the

adopted resolution was published in current report no. 18/2024 of 11

April 2024, in the part pertaining to Resolution No. 26 of the Ordinary

General Meeting. Registration of other amendments under the aforesaid

resolution was communicated by the Bank in current report no. 23/2024 of

24 April 2024.

Legal grounds: Article 5.1 and Article 6 of the Minister for Finance

Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information provided

by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the

information required by law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No.

item 757).
