mBank to issue green eurobonds with total nominal value of EUR 500 mln

Listed lender mBank has completed the subscription of green senior preferred bonds, with a total nominal value of EUR 500 million, issued under the banks EMTN programme, the bank said in a market filing.

The issue will be settled on September 27. The eurobonds will be redeemed on September 27, 2030, subject to the bank's right of early redemption on September 27, 2029.

The eurobonds were issued in one tranche, the reduction rate was 81.91 percent.

The price at which the eurobonds will be taken up is equal to the nominal value.

The margin underlying the determination of the interest rate for the eurobonds was set at 175 basis points.

Eurobonds were allocated to 142 entities.
