Murapol to pay an advance dividend for 2024 in amount of PLN 2.94 per share

Real estate developer Murapol has decided to pay shareholders an advance dividend for 2024 in the amount of PLN 119.9 million (EUR 28 mln), which is PLN 2.94 (EUR 0.69) per share, the company said in a market filing.


The company's management board has set the date by which those entitled to an advance dividend for 2024 will be determined as November 6, 2024 and the date of payment of this advance as November 12, 2024.

"The dividend advance will be paid exclusively from the capital reserve established for the purpose of paying advances on anticipated dividends," the market filing said.

The company's supervisory board has agreed to pay the dividend advance for 2024.

In April, Murapol's general meeting passed a resolution to pay PLN 80.4 million (EUR 18.8 mln) of its 2023 net profit as dividend, which amounted to PLN 1.97 (EUR 0.46) per share.
