Photon Energy files notice of dispute with Czech Republic over changes for photovoltaic projects

Photovoltaic manufacturer Photon Energy, as part of a group of investors, has filed a notice of dispute regarding the Czech Republic's violation of its obligations under the agreements and proposed changes and reductions in support for photovoltaic projects in the Czech Republic, the company said in a press release.

As stated, the violation relates to obligations under the ECT agreement and the agreement between the Czech Republic and Slovakia and Switzerland.
