Investors acquire all P-series Alior Bank bonds for total of PLN 400 mln

Investors have acquired all of listed lender Alior Bank's P-series bonds for a total of PLN 400 million (EUR 92.5 mln), the bank said in a market filing.


At the end of October, Alior Bank's management board increased the originally envisaged amount of the bond issue to PLN 400 million (EUR 92.5 mln) from PLN 300 million (EUR 69.4 mln), due to the great interest of investors in acquiring the bonds.

The bonds bear interest at a variable rate, being the sum of WIBOR 6M and a margin of 2.07 percent per year.

The issue date of the bonds is November 14, 2024 and their redemption date is April 14, 2028.
