Kruk allots PLN 125 mln worth bonds

Listed debt collector Kruk has allocated 1,250,000 AP2-series bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 125 million (EUR 28.8 mln), with a 62 percent reduction, the company said in a market filing.


During the subscription period, 2,287 investors successfully placed 2,782 subscriptions for 3,289,513 bonds. Following a proportional reduction of 62 percent, the company allotted 1,250,000 bonds in response to the subscriptions of 2,241 investors.

The interest rate on the bonds is variable and will be set at the base rate, which is WIBOR 3M plus a fixed margin of 3.00 percentage points per year.

The bond issue took place within the framework of the Eleventh Bond Issuance Programme.

At the same time, the company announced the completion of the bond offering.
