PHOTON ENERGY N.V. (13/2018) Corrections to Annual report 2017.

The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. today advises of corrections to its FY2017 Annual report which was released on 9 April 2018 (EBI 11/2018).

There was a typographical error in the table on page 64 of the Annual Report under the heading “Total comprehensive income for the year” where the second reference presented to -1,802 should be to 1,802. The first reference presented earlier in the table is correct.

In addition, inconsistencies in the wording related to the „solar levy” have been corrected on pages 2, 6, 12, 28, 31, 33, 39 and 54.

These typographical errors do not have any affect on any aspect of the financials in the Annual Report.

A full copy of the revised Annual Report is attached.

Legal basis: § 5 ust. 1 point no.2 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System -

"Current and Periodic Information in the Alternative Trading System".
