Samsung Electronics Polska and listed lender PKO BP have signed a letter of intent to cooperate on the development and implementation of solutions in the area of e-commerce, technology ecosystems and digital transformation, Samsung said in a press release.

Samsung Electronics Polska oraz PKO Bank Polski podpisały list intencyjny dotyczący współpracy w zakresie opracowania i wdrażania rozwiązań w obszarze handlu elektronicznego, ekosystemów technologicznych oraz transformacji cyfrowej - poinformował Samsung w komunikacie prasowym.

Listed real estate developer Robyg has issued PLN 250 million (EUR 59.3 mln) in four-year bonds, marking its first bond issuance in two years and the second largest in its history, Poland's largest lender by assets PKO BP said in a press release. PKO BP acted as dealer and co-organiser of the transaction.

Poland's largest lender by assets PKO BP estimates that the cost of legal risk associated with mortgages denominated and indexed to foreign currencies, charged to resultsc for the fourth quarter of 2024, amounted to PLN 1.6 billion (EUR 379.36 mln), the bank said in a market filing.
