Listed road infrastructure company Stalexport Autostrady's shareholders have decided to pay out dividend of nearly PLN 155.78 million (EUR 36.5 mln) from its 2024 profit, which translates into PLN 0.63 (EUR 0.15) per share, according to the resolutions adopted by the ordinary general meeting.

Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Stalexport Autostrady zdecydowało o wypłacie 0,63 zł dywidendy na akcję - wynika z uchwał podjętych na ZW. Łącznie na ten cel trafi kwota 155,8 mln zł.

Polish road infrastructure company Stalexport Autostrady plans to spend a total of PLN 69.2 million (EUR 16.5 mln) on investments in 2025, including more than PLN 28 million (EUR 6.7 mln) on motorway modernisation and drainage, the company's COO Stefano Bonomolo told a press conference. He added that maintenance works, on the other hand, are expected to cost almost PLN 208 million (EUR 49.7 mln).

Stalexport Autostrady planuje w 2025 roku przeznaczyć na inwestycje ogółem 69,2 mln zł, w tym ponad 28 mln zł na modernizację i odwodnienia autostrady - poinformował podczas konferencji prasowej wiceprezes ds. operacyjnych spółki Stefano Bonomolo. Dodał, że prace utrzymaniowe mają natomiast kosztować prawie 208 mln zł.
